As we dive deeper into a practice of mindfulness and meditation, our skillfulness to observe and separate our emotional state and related thoughts from one's "self" begins to improve.

The result of this skill is clarity of mind which Buddhists sometimes refer to as - an ability to see things as they are.

This frame of reference can help all of us to address two of the most pressing questions of our time:

  • What does it mean to be human and engage with society in a modern context?

  • How do we successfully navigate the human/human and human/tech landscapes?
